Not only am I unable to identify the existence of Renee Blot, but the 2011 article cited for Wikipedia's paragraph (https://archive.is/0Xs5U) openly contradicts that claim. (FWIW I actually find the reply more credible than a long-after-the-fact claim by Hefner himself…)
From the start, the togs—or lack thereof—were a hit with red-blooded lounge lizards. But Mr. Hefner, ever the perfectionist, wasn't quite satisfied.
"I looked at it and thought there was something missing," he said. "So after the opening, I added the cuffs, collar and bow tie. It added class. Instead of it looking like a curiosity, it looked upscale. One of the Bunnies said it was as if someone had ripped the shirt off the girl."
Tried to look up who came up with - specifically - the idea for giving the Playboy bunny costume sleeve-cuffs attached to nothing. Wikipedia says it was added in 1962 by Renee Blot, but the only other source I could find for this is a 2017 blogspot reply. http://web.archive.org/web/20180305164225/https://blog.fidmmuseum.org/museum/2017/09/a-colony-of-colors-the-iconic-playboy-bunny.html
Later, in 1962, French fashion designer Renee Blot was further employed to refine the design, and her revisions included making the ears smaller, adding a collar with bow tie and cuffs with rabbit-head cufflinks, and a satin rosette with the bunny's name, worn on the hip. The original costumes were made in twelve colours of rayon satin. Several years later, Playboy engaged a prominent manufacturer of lingerie and swimwear to create a modified bunny costume that used washable stretch knit fabrics, allowing for costumes in vibrant prints as well as solid colors. The standard stockings also evolved from fishnet material to a special sheer pantyhose style supplied by Danskin. Bunnies wore two pairs of these sheer stockings, a black pair worn on top of a taupe toned pair.Thank you for this excellent history of the iconic Playboy Bunny costume. To fill in a few details:

French fashion designer Renee Blot designed the 1961 modification that added collar, cuffs and nametag rosette.

The original rayon satin costumes were manufactured by the Kabo Corset Company.

In the UK, croupiers in Playboy Club casinos originally wore standard Bunny costumes, but gaming regulators soon required modifications for costumes worns by Bunnies operating gaming tables. At first, croupier Bunnies wore “modesty bibs”, and later wore a more extensively modified costume. This photo of London Bunnies on a rooftop shows both the traditional costume, worn by Bunnies in the Club’s bars, showrooms and restaurants, and the modified costume worn by croupier Bunnies at the gaming tables in the casino areas.

It was Mitch Kapor's departure that would prove most devastating to the company, however. Kapor, developer of VisiPlot and VisiTrend, had been pressing for the development of a greatly improved spreadsheet to succeed VisiCalc, but Opdendyk was uninterested. This was during a time when VisiCorp and VisiCalc's developers were at an impasse, and VisiCalc was growing increasingly outdated. When Kapor decided to leave, the other executives pressed for a clause forbidding Kapor to work on an "integrated spreadsheet", but Opdendyk couldn't be bothered, exclaiming "Kapor is a spaghetti programmer", denigrating his abilities.

Kapor would go on to release Lotus 1-2-3

Mustela erminea In Ireland we'd call this a weasel but never mind. This individual looks as though he's in hot pursuit of prey but in fact he was being chased off by a rabbit. I guess this must be a young male.

Reading about mahjong on Wikipedia and feeling both annoyed and amused that bad English translations make it appear way more highbrow than it actually is - the symbols are cast as bamboo and dragons, when originally they either meant piles of coins, or increased gambling payouts.
From the monetary origin of this suit, the sticks are actually rope strings (索) that tie 100 Chinese copper coins together by the square holes in the middle. (1索=100銅) The repeated bumps in the sticks depict the individual coins in the strings, but they were mistaken by Joseph Park Babcock as the knots on the bamboo plants, hence the English name of the suit.A tile with a green traditional Chinese character (發), even for sets where the Character tiles are written in simplified Chinese. It is a contraction of 發財/发财 (pinyin: fā cái) which loosely means "to strike it rich").
